They came out to Huntington a couple of weeks ago for an engagement session with me, a kind of warm up for the big day and although there was still patches of snow on the ground from our big snow storm at the beginning of March, the weather was very mild and well into the 50s
I love the look a TS lens allows, especially when it's not over used and something like the location below is perfect for it - notice how the legs are completely out of focus but the faces are sharp...

I asked if they were willing to pick up a goose for a shot and Alix took it to heart immediately by chasing down a nearby foul. In the end, the goose was able to cut short the chase by hopping in the pond...

OK, so Alix looks fabulous but Craig's not so bad either. He is affectionately called 'Aquaman' in some circles due to his nautical vocation and undisclosed super powers...

...and I absolutely LURVE this next image. Shot, again, with my TS lens to add the dreamy focus effect, I just adore the expressions on Alix and Craig's faces ~ their serene contemplation of just being together perhaps. And then there is also quite an interesting backdrop happening at the same time with a man crossing the stream with his children and an elderly couple strolling through the park - a indication of the future perhaps?..
